I know...I've seen. It's disrespectful, plain and simple. And it makes me sick to see these so called "veterans" and self-proclaimed "power users" of the site bash anyone who has a differing opinion or even a question about the site! I see new members getting the cold shoulder or a snide remark because they have a simple question...Just because someone hasn't logged off of the site in over three months, doesn't make them right and doesn't give them the right to bash anyone who uses the site.

I couldn't agree with your position more...and I'm sorry about all the negativity.

I knew some of the people that left...and I don't blame them. It is only a website after all. If something is causing unwanted drama or angst, then cut it out...I totally understand. But then again, no one should be judged on their opinions. Trust me, I've seen some of the stuff...it's not pretty. But I feel the site as a whole is a positive thing. I just let new members know that they should contribute positively to the site and engage in meaningful, gaming related conversations and that this is just as much their site as it is the so called "veterans". Just because someone's been here long doesn't make them right...especially when they treat you like shit for having a different opinion.

I'm keeping busy with work..insanely busy. But I'm looking at transferring to a position in Florida, hopefully that works out. But otherwise, it's just life as usual.
