Real Life Mirror's Edge

I saw a video that's really inspired me the other day to get into an interesting sport known as Parkour or as some people call it "Free Running."
However contrary to popular belief, Parkour and Free Running are different as Parkour is getting to a place as fast as possible (Hence where Mirror's Edge comes from) and Free Running which is just overcoming obstacles.

It's somewhat a poor representation of actual Parkour and Free Running however, as he does it with a shaky camera and only one hand.
Some professional videos like Urban Ninja show how extreme of a sport Parkour really is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEeqHj3Nj2c
It requires Stamina, Endurance, Flexibility, Determination, Courage/Bravery (It sometimes involves a lot of Jumps, Vaults, etc. Things that look freaky)
It's a sport all about pushing yourself to the limits, and also doing something useful (I suppose this could be a good way to get across town quickly? :P)
I guess it's time to start going to the Gym, because I certainly doubt I can be any good at Parkour with my level of fitness
