Finally!! Something that might be worth playing on the Wii.
You guys are fimilliar with MadWorld right? The ultra violent, ultra stylish game for the Wii. You are basically in this reality game show and your goal is to kill people in unique ways. I was keeping my eye on this game for awhile because this shit is right on my alley (LOL!! gore whore). I saw trailers from the game and it's fucking vicious.
At least it will keep me busy from getting angry at Tecmo for not relasing Fatal Frame 4 in the states. heh.
What you guys think? Anyone as exicted for this game other than me?
The marketing for the game looks pretty sweet, if unoriginal. The character designs are too close to a kiddie'd GoW with a Sin City filter on. Though, I'm eager to see the development from the old members of Clover Studios will work, after the faliure of Okami on the Wii.
But, in the sea of terrible Wii games I'm skeptical at best.
No More Heroes was the last game of merit I accepted on the system, after that it seems to be all bad ports and Ubisoft children's titles.
I've played Wii numerous times, I find them kind of fun.
"Kind of" are the key words. I liked the Wii for about a week or two after we got one here. Shit gets mad old mad fast.
There are certain games on the Wii that are good, but it gets old real quick.
The thing about Wii is you get what you paid for. It's a family console, a party console, and a niche console. I knew what I was getting myself into when I brought it. I don't regret it though.
Well When I can finally have the funds to get a Wii, I do plan on picking this game up, but like Spera said, I try not to get excited about a title release anymore.
Haha, save some cash; borrow a friend's Wii. If you buy one it'll eventually just collect dust like the rest of them. I'm sure you can find someone who doesn't play theirs anymore and is willing to give it to you for a week or so.
My brother has lent his out a few times now. Shit just doesn't get played.
Looks alright, but so did Haze for the PS3...
The game may turn out being fun, but I've learned to not get excited for anything really.
I try not to get all hyped up on games. It's hard to though. When a game looks good to you, you hope that the game would be as epic, but you would think I'd learned my lesson from playing Halo 3.
Haha, the list of games that disappointed me is pretty long. I learned my lesson when I loved CoD4 and hated Crysis. That's the polar opposite of what I was expecting.
