With all the negativity in the press about gamers, it is nice to know that some gamers find ways to do good things involving gaming and the community. I had the pleasure of talking with one such gamer, Tobias Hiller, creator of the Gamer Fitness Manual. Tobias is bringing attention to the fact that gamers do need to be aware of the needs of gamers as it pertains to preventing injury. Yes, injury! Especially aspiring and existing professional gamers who are practicing 10-14 hours each day, it can wear your body down. Tobias gave me some insight into these issues and a few other issues regarding the segregation of gamer groups.
