A PWNED.COM GUIDE TO THE SHOUTBOX

If you’re unfamiliar with shout boxes, forums, trolls, or web culture in general you might find this guide to be useful. If you are familiar with the above cultures and terms, you will most likely find this guide to be comical.

For those of you new to this sort of culture there are a few things that you need to be familiar with-

• If you lack a thick skin, the Shoutbox of internet forums in general may not be the place for you. People are crass, rude, inappropriately honest, and will say things that should never be said.
• Just because someone acts like an ass and you would like to forcefully insert them into a woodchipper, does not mean they are like that in real life. This is where the term “Internet Courage” comes from.
• Race, religion, politics, sexual orientation, and every other topic you’re not supposed to talk about in polite company will be covered in here eventually. Try not to get offended, and try not to offend others. This is how flame wars start.
• Be friendly, don’t be an ass. The shoutbox is made up of veterans, respect them because they can make or break you in the community. If you have something to say, say it. If you want to talk shit to someone, expect to get moved to the trollbox.
• The Shoutbox is a great way to keep up with the newest games, latest news and is also a fast way to meet some of the core members of Pwened.com. It’s worth a trip just to meet people and engage in discourse with them.

Archie KoRnkid – Just a regular guys who loves his music and his video games has a good sense of humor and is a little touched in the head – in a good way. Flame Rating – Low

BlueBear – One of the older members, has a munchkin. Has a big heart. Flame Rating – Low

Clov3r - Goddes of pwning your face. Seriously she's a fragging machine. Flame Rating - pwned

Dropkick Dog – Claims to be King of Pwned.com. Claim is unsubstantiated. This does not make him rock any less. Flame rating - High

Death Temptress – Is awesome. That is all. Flame Rating - Medium

Fellstrike - That sometimes nekkid guy. All heart when he's not fragging or flaming. Catch him when he's chillin in the SB Flame Rating - Varies

G-Nitro - Sometimes harsh, sometimes chill... but always cool. Like smooooooth jazz. Flame Rating - Variable

Hades – Not a regular in the SB, but he sure write s a lot of NARTICLES (have you read the fine news articles Pwned.com produces? If you haven’t take a moment to read them). Also I know him IRL and if I don’t put him in here he’ll kick my ass. :P

Jerf –Enjoys writing about things that might make you blush. Flame rating - Dirty

Maggotsandriots - This man gets credit for being one of the first to say something intelligent and pleasant. This isn't to say he can't flame. He just flames with class. Flame Rating - Medium

Miragel – New to the SB, and wrote this article. Flame Rating – Medium.

MissKitty - She has mad Photoshop skills, and is one of hte sweetest ladies on the SB. She's also a walking pokemon wikipedia Flame Rating - Charzard

Nei1337 - Frequent visitor... some might say... obsessed even! He considers himself one of hte elite gamers of the site (if the name wasn't already a giveaway)Flame Rating - low-medium

N0m4d - Not every competitive gamer is an ass. Nomad's a great example of an amazing competitor. He occasionalyl joins us on the SB Flame Rating - Low

OutstandingCoffee – Makes the Rule # 4’s. Flame Rating – Medium.

PinkDragonfly – All Pink, all the time. “I am a shy and quiet person, but gaming and being online breaks that shell for me. (I guess) lol” Flame Rating – Low

RoboThreat – He's a guy, who says hi a lot and then generally goes AFK. Flame Rating Medium

SuicideCommando - AKA "Cam" Friendly, spikey, and filled with a distinct sense of "getsome." Flame rating - moderate

TwatMarauder – Despite the inflammatory name, he’s pretty quiet and reserved, generally an all round pleasant guy. Flame Hiting - Low

Quiglin - Quiet, intelligent, and ready to help! Flame Rating - Low

Violentanddeliscious – One of the high powered, super sexy members of pwned.com. Respect her authority; she has access to the nerfbat. Flame Rating – N/A

XChrom0someXX - One of the most frequent visitors to the SB, Chrom is known for her wit, beauty and ability to lay the smack down. Flame Rating - Medium
