lol don't think so man, seen a few folks in the 15-17 range. And lol, 'default' 1980? That may have worked for me, but I think you gotta find another default =D Actually, a real nice thing about the old school New York State 1983 drivers license, is with a yellow and red colored pencil you could change the 3 to a 0 no problem, worked like a charm... at least on the old ones -- the new ones the numbers have sparkles in em :/ kids these days =D
