- When users visit and log into PWNED.COM, the following user information is collected. All form data provided by users in the register form fields are stored. This information is used when you set up your personal profile. User profile information posted by the user both in the account information and text, pics, music, video posted by users on user public profiles are also stored, which users can log into their account and modify or delete as needed.
- All information that is automatically transmitted by user computers such as data relating to cookies and records the IP addresses of all users and the web browser used. User cookies may be disabled for PWNED.COM, but will prevent a users web browser storing login information and potentially effect some user content customization.
User information disclosure
- User information publicly displayed is limited to the what each user publicly posts onto his or her own profile.
- Our staff uses data automatically stored to gather traffic statistics for internal data and to present to third parties limited to existing and potential advertisers and marketers of on our site. We do not share specific or personal user information with any of our marketing or advertising partners, only data related to PWNED.COM traffic statistics and demographics.
- The only instance personal user information is ever shared is in the event we are required to do so by any law enforcement agency, or we feel unlawful or life threatening content needs to be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
-In the event that PWNED.COM is acquired or merges, we reserve the right to transfer all site and user data to the new owner(s). If the new users alter the site terms of use or privacy policy, each user will be notified at their user email account.
Minors under 13 years of age
- All PWNED.COM registered users MUST be over the age of 13 in oder to participate in any and all PWNED.COM activities, profiles, pwned points, contests, prizes. Any users that locates a user claiming to be under 13, please report this to HELP@PWNED.COM immediately and we will promptly remove the profile or content in question, upon age confirmation.
- Any user profile or content relating to any child under the age of 13 that is deleted by our staff will loose any accumulated pwned points.
Site Security
- If a user account has been hacked or compromised, please contact HELP@PWNED.COM immediately and we will resolve the matter accordingly in a appropriate time frame.
- The server and data architects on our PWNED.COM staff are the only members of the PWNED.COM organization the have access to our user account information of profile information
- Please report any user information on page data security issues to HELP@PWNED.COM
Changes in Privacy Policy
-From time to time we may update this privacy policy and will post a notice of any changes on our website. IF ANY PRIVACY POLICY MODIFICATION YOUR NOT OK WITH OCCURS, YOU SHALL CLOSE YOUR PROFIE ACCOUNT. ANY CONTINUED USE OF THE PWNED NETWORK AFTER WE PUBLISH A CHANGE NOTICE ON PWNED.COM YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF OUR UPDATE PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE(S).
