Hey, my name is Liz. I mostly am into PC gaming but once in a while I get into console as well. I love MMO's, FPS, and Strategy games the best! Usually my shooter name is pinkdragonfly, dragonfly, or pinky... etc. I like to switch it up!I have been gaming since I was about 5 years old. It all started when I would use my brother's NES, and play games like Super Mario Bros 2, Legends of the Kage, Bubble Bobble, etc.
About a year ago I moved across the country to Mystic, Connecticut from my hometown of Klamath Falls, Oregon. It was probably one of the craziest things I have ever done. I just hopped on a plane to move somewhere I have never been, and got married to a guy I met on World of Warcraft. I know, it's CRAZY!!! but it has worked out so GREAT! I love it here, and my new family is great.
My husband Donny is so great, and I can't believe we have been married over a year now! He works very hard to keep me happy and to take care of me, and puts up with me spending most of my time gaming. I respect him so much, but not only for that. But because that he works hard for EVERYONE as a Marine, to give and preserve the freedom that our country allows. He also says to me,"You're so pretty." about 100 times a day, and I don't think that could ever get old. It means a lot to me. :o]
I have been skiing since I was 4 years old. There is nothing better then flying down a mountain. It is probably my favorite thing to ever do. I also enjoy Tennis, but I don't get to play as much anymore. Hiking/Camping and fishing I also enjoy, but I haven't done much of that in Connecticut, just doesn't feel the same as it does in Oregon with all the mountains and lakes there. My father taught me to enjoy the outdoors and the simple things in life.
Music is also a huge part of my life, and I grew up with it. I have been singing since I could make words, and I have been playing the flute/piccalo for about 10 years now. I also can also play guitar, piano, and the penny whistle. One of my random talents is I can easily memorize music in other languages, even if I don't know what I am singing.
I am a pretty quiet person, which some people mistake for me being stuck-up, which is far from the truth. I believe no one is better then another person, and I have a bad habit of putting myself in other people's shoes. I am a firm believer in you should treat others how you would like to be treated, so I am hardly ever rude to people unless I have reason to be.
I have made a lot of mistakes in my life, but I have learned not to dwell on the past. I have fixed my life almost 100% since graduating from High School. I went through a lot then... but then I met my wise husband who told me,"Well if you don't like your life, then fix it!"
