Plastic surgeons extraordinaire Christian Troy and Sean McNamara have left the bad memories of Miami behind them and set up shop in Beverly Hills as season five gets underway. They're sure they will be the toast of the town, but once they figure out that there is a plastic surgeon on every corner they realize they are now little fish in a big pond, and that will never do. Enter power publicist Fiona McNeil, who sets the guys up as advisors and minor players on a television drama about a hunky young plastic surgeon -- with unexpected results for everyone involved.
