I just notice bad lag but just on the clan member lists. Delayed scrolling and member page links.

yeah its because of this javascript rounded corners and the script needs to process all the divs and thats where the lag is, im most likely gonna take it out or think of another solution for this

How about doing it like EVER other site that lists teams/clans and do it alphabetically with a a-z linking system on top only displaying whichever letter you link to...
if you click on the "a" it would bring up the teams beginning with "a" in the beginning of their team/clan name.
To make it even faster create a team/clan page for each team so basically it would be text based links to get to a teams page to see details and team logo etc.
