What programs do you use during your gaming?

GameRecorder, Fraps, Xfire, etc?

I used to use xFire alot, but I don't use it too much anymore. I 'had' FRAPS and I will probaly get ahold of it again soon.

FRAPS records stuff. just record a demo, than use fraps . . .

i turn off everything because i need the extra fps.
