Understanding Cause & Effect - We limit our muscle support systems (here on known as mss) by about 70%-80% when we sit at a console (gaming), PC (work/school), or watch TV for hours a week. Most of us do all of these - every week - for years while denying muscle pain. Over time, we over work the 20%-30% of mss that we use (swollen & tired), & under work larger 70%-80% (weak & lazy) - most times in the same mss (this is the main issue). When you examine this over time the under used mss shrink & pull on the over used mss. They never have time to relax or heal themselves as designed. The extremes in the same mss cause confusion. It’s easy to see in the way most of us form - flabby fronts & overworked backs. Your eyes react to limited range of motion much in the same way. Maximize your range of motion & increase comfort & performance. By developing your abs you can balance & relax your back.

Balancing Your MSS (body, eyes & brain) - you can start to reclaim the performance of each mss, contributing to the overall growth of the entire mss. The more mss that you get involved & use, the better your gaming becomes.

There is a larger imbalance in most gamers/people - most are over developed on one side & under developed on the other (right or left handed). We rely heavily on one hand to do all the work for no apparent reason other than it’s what we were taught. We were taught wrong - don't be lazy>>>be a gamer.

:: Ambidextrous Advantage :: this is what I practice in the GFM. The sooner you are ready to use both hands to advance your gaming competitive edge, the better gamer you will be.
The quickest way to become ambidextrous is to start using your mouse with the opposite hand. Do not switch buttons (too much time & confusion). Pick the mouse up, slide the keyboard to the opposite side, & set the mouse down - Simple - Do it. Now every time you use the PC...use your opposite hand until the transition is complete.
If you can do this - STEADY - at work or school for 3 or so weeks you can completely change hands. There will be an increase in time it takes to complete tasks at first, but it disappears so fast it’s unnoticeable - If you let it & want it.
Do not doubt the ability in yourself or your other hand.

Misc Ambidextrous Tips:
• dial, text, & hold phone with opposite hand regularly
• mouse with opposite hand as often as possible
• eat with opposite hand
• carry things with opposite hand regularly
• stretch unused mss on the weaker side & relax the over worked mss on the strong side (explained in the GFM)

These are simple things you can do that will not over work the under developed side of your body while you re-design it, but will allow you to relax the over worked side of your body. This does 2 things :: allows recovery & maximizes the amount of mss you use leading to advanced GFM techniques.

Gaming Advantages:
• Faster hand/eye reaction times
• Takes longer to break down mss while gaming for hours
• Faster recovery time from long gaming sessions
