My fav has gotta be Ryu Hayabusa from the Ninja Gaiden & Dead or Alive series'. To me, Ryu is easily the biggest badass of all gaming characters. He doesn't rlly have much of a background story, but it makes sense cuz he's a ninja - his life is shrouded in mystery and legend. Plus you gotta respect a guy who'll whoop ur ass in a leather jumpsuit and scarf :P

I have to go with Mega Man on this one. He is a Man, but he is also Mega in many ways. If solid snake was MEGA solid snake then...he would win. But as it stands, Mega Man is really the only Mega character I can think of.

That's a toughy. I honestly can't pick just one.
