Well, zombies can only be equal to, and far more likely less, than human population. So they have population control too.

Zombie population is only culled by People killing them off. They don't kill each other off like Humans do, so their is no control outside of people like me who are ready to take heads and kick ass. :)

That would be too easy though. Which means that something would inevitable go wrong. It's a good idea, but someone somewhere would have to mess it all up.
