I was looking to get some impressions on what they thought of the game before I jumped in and abandon WOW. I'm specifically interested in how the crafting element works. Is it highly customizable like SWG or is it plain and boring like WOW. I trust the opinions of pwned more than Gamespot or IGN. Thanks!

yeah I would love some info to how the pvp and if it has alot of the same aspects as wow minus the disgusting wow graphics I understand that its requirements can be intense and its buggy as most games are when they come out. As far as the community how does aoc fare to wow eq or daoc? PLZ TELL!

Well, the entire combat system is different. I like it a lot. As far as crafting, well it's in the dumps right now. It seems that they have neglected that part of the game. You can't craft until lvl 40. I'm not there, but from reading the forums it's quite bugged. I'm sure they'll work something out. I believe no game will be able to compare to SWG's crafting system. I also believe no games community will be anything like SWG's individual server communities were BACK IN THE DAY. That's my opinion.

currently playing it, havent really seen anything on the crafting side of things, and yes it is buggy, i have a 8800gts and i still have to play it on low :(
