It looks fantastic, I much prefer the cleaner look of this one to the last.

Its alright I like extravagant banners with lots of photoshop effects but thats just me. Also the brown leaves behind a line that I can see >.> sorry CG habits die hard :(

I am not a fan of the new logo. Before you throw anything at me let me say why! I think it fails to have the eye-catching appeal as the original. I love the bullet holes, and that would have been fab on the original logo also. The rest is a little bland really honey. I get the hook though, the "Target", conceptually I can see your direction. Just my opinion, certainly, but it feels a little simplistic and benign. It doesn't make me want to click it! The other one was like thunder in your face, big and loud and had IMPACT! By comparison, I much prefer the old logo. You are supercreative in any case.
