i don't know which to get. I mean, i want MGS4 and God of War 3 and Resistance:FOM, but... i also want Super Smash Bros Brawl, Redsteel, and Wii-Sports. which console has the best network interface. i want good graphics too but gameplay can make up for the graphics. what do you guys recommend?

As I said already I was all about getting a PS3 for the Blu-Ray player and a couple cool games (GOW3/FF), however since Blu players are supposed to drop as much as 300 this year, i'd rather buy a Wii and get a standalone player for the same price. I'm pretty happy with my 360 for all my HD gaming needs.

Nintendo gets the win for me vs PS3 when the blu-ray player isn't factored in.

Honestly dude forget about getting Red Steel. I'm usually really forgiving when a game comes up short, but that game....I want my five minutes back.

Ouch...5 minutes? Usually I give bad Demo's 5 minutes, but games I try to suffer through as much as humanly possible, especially if I purchased it.

I'd say 360 for the networking, serious gameplay, and HD experience, but Wii has some really fun games and the controller innovation kind of takes the lead here. I guess for my opinion really try and grab yourself the whole console market if you can. Good things on one console seem to just answer its downfalls and rival features on the next console. (This is one reason why I don't get into platform wars, PC vs. Console and Console vs. Console wars are pointless imo, because... to each their own.)

UmM...I would get a PC, but as I was saying to Duff i'm to much of a tech-whore and am afraid of buying one. I know that if I did i'd be constantly upgrading it, and doing weird things to the tower (neon lights w/ hydro powered fans etc..) lol.

I'm pretty much sticking to consoles for now. Although everytime i go to Frys Electronics, i'm tempted to buy a PC....*must...resist*

I dunno S-Zero....i really feel the 360 is all you need for a hardcore GAMING system. The Wii would be awesome for light hearted time killing gaming, and got damnit....i still want to play the Wii Zelda game.

I'd say a wii. Not every game on it though uses the motion controls. But as far as games and virtual games It has a 9 to me :D But if your not one for playing with other people then get the ps3. The Wii is much funner when your playing with other people. Same with RPGs, the Wii doesnt have that many titles out in that department, which is why i've been playing more older rpgs and ones on the ds. But they do have a few coming out soon. So really I'd just go on what you perfer and look at what each system has going for them in months to come.
