another game of my childhood! even though i sucked at multiplayer it had a great campaign mode and story.
A really great RTS...I'm not very good at these sorts of games, but I was actually able to run this on my PC AND play on dial up...
Good game, but people say it was the best for the wrong reasons. This game does not fall into the RTS category for the simple reason that STRATEGY means both Offensively and Defensively. And rushing people, isn't the only strategy. If you didn't rush, you lost. So, this game was more about who could get the most zergs the quickest 9 times out of 10.
If a game labled RTS does not allow you to play defensive effectively, it really isn't an RTS. Red Alert is included on that list as are a lot of other RTS games.
Still, it was a lot of fun to play.
pretty much the one and only rts I could really get into
I still prefer Age of Empires.
Great game, i remember playing this for days on end. multiplayer is great too.
StarCraft is a great game that puts your thinking to the test. It lets you use thousands of different strategies to win, along with the countering of units to another. It is a number 1 seller from Blizzard when released. It grabs your attention with the campaign. A 5-star game.
One of the best RTS games to ever be released. This game was the first RTS game I ever played, and is by far still one of the best. 10 years later this is still one of Blizzard's best selling games.
The most amazing game out of anything. if i had to rate from 1-10 i would give it a 100. good campaign that keeps your attention and exelent multyplayer game. Still has a ton of people playing online even though its be out for like 10 years. This shows that it keeps being enteraining no matter how long you play it.
Good game but not my style of fighting. I like setting up defenses and this game is based more on rushing and using units as defenses. Thats why i like being Terran. They have the best defenses of the game i think.
one of the best RTS games ever, can't wait til number 2 comes out!
