Sure it may have "introduced the mic" or whatnot...but this game is frustrating as ever. It doesn't really...err...work so well, and I never knew what the point of the game really was.
But, eh, a cute idea i suppose.
Classic, innovative, and just plain clever. "Hey You, Pikachu!" introduced the microphone system for the N64; this was undoubtedly a revolutionary system which we still see used today in games such as Rainbow Six. "Hey You, Pikachu!" allowed you, an ordinary kid to come across a stray Pikachu and raise it as your own. Using voice commands and various mini-games, you and your Pikachu could partake in a "completionist" type of game where the goal is to find as many items as you possibly can to deck out your room.
