I remember getting this when it came out, along with half-life. I played and modded this game probably until they stopped supporting it on the online communities. Hell of a fun game for its time, and its free to download off of rockstars' site// good luck trying to get it to run at 100% speed, mostly will only run at like 300% speed unfortunately...
