There has been a remake of Final Fantasy III -- two, in fact.
The first remake was featured on the Playsation console as Final Fantasy VI. Final Fantasy VI is, in America, also Final Fantasy III. There was an error with the order of games during translations/porting/etc. The second time the game was remade was again, as Final Fantasy VI, featured on the Game Boy Advance which also featured some extra features such as a secret dungeon and new Espers.
Best FF Game of all time, in my opinion of course. Where's the remake?
Wow i recall being late to play this game but it was so good i didnt care i stayed home all week end and beat it yeah in 2 days guy im not kiding !!!!!
The story/music whoops Final Fantasy VII anyday. Can you imagine this game with Okami-like graphics using Amano's character sketches? Innnsane...
Hate to say this but if it had the graphix of FF7 or FFX it would be THE best out of the Final Fantasy series.
