3hrs and 30 min on hard eh? i havnt played the first one that much, but i am known as the Devil May Cry god at my school because i defeated Devil May Cry 3 on Dante must die mode. it was really hard, but i did it. each monster took me a while to kill.

One of my absolute favorites for the PS2. Awesome gameplay, great story, Dante is a badass, hot blonde chick, over the top action, and demons for fuck sake. What more could you ask for in a game?
I must say this game was fun.
The control scheme was a tad ... awkward, compared to the 3rd and 4th of the series. But once I became used to them, It wasn't AS awkward.
The game was rather easy... And short.
I wish it would have been longer :( But, oh well.
I loved the music, fit very well with the overall atmosphere of the entire game.
There didn't seem to many cut scenes, which, to me, was a disappointment. (I'm one of those weirdos that enjoys cut scenes...)
Overall, I give this game a 8.
Which, in a 5-point scale, is a 4...
this game was pretty cool. I should go back and beat it..
