It's crazy to see how popular videogames have been, when this came it it sold 2 1/2 million in Japan, but only 290,000 abroad. That's ABROAD, not JUST THE U.S. And that was considered a succesful number....craaaazy....
I still have the poster/map that came with the game on my wall...best $79.99 (yes, that was the retail cost) I ever spent...
Had to pass along my love for this masterpiece as well. Not the first RPG I ever played but definitely at the top of my list and probably also top 5 for my favorite games of all time. Great characters, story and overall experience. I still go back and play this every once in a while.
This is one of the best RPG games ever made. It was accually the first one i had ever played and what got me to fall in love w/ RPGs
wish there had been a 2 worthy of this series, (cross was garbage). one of the op 10 games of all time.
GREAT RPG rivals all final fantasy games as the best series, if you haven't played it you're doing yourself a great disservice, I actually just finished replaying it a few months ago. Always a great choice
