Its not bad, only thing thats not so god is the tattoo no offense but everything else came out excellent like the saturation levels for the skin which if I'm guessing you might have made a second layer played it ontop with Gaussian Blur and set it to overlay which gives the skin a nice smooth and saturated look. and the hair I'm guessing you made an area selection of it on a new layer as well and filled it with color and set it to some kinda overlay setting then maybe made a layer mask and drew on the areas you wanted back. if not than your probably like WTF is this kid talking about lolz ^-^ but it looks good just needs work on the tatto ;)

Lol, yeah, my friend randomly did it and I just thought it was hilarious. I did the hair and eyes, and had to airbrush my skin to get rid of some writing on my chest, then he randomly sent me the tattoo photoshop.
