Change Background/secondary background

New to this site. I've fooled around with my background in my profile, but don't know how to change the Main and Secondary background.

Can someone help me?

if you go to
http://pwned.com/editprofile/
you have access to change the CSS for your profile.

to change the outer background you need the code

body {
background-color: your color;
}

for the secondary (inner) background you need

#userinfo {
background-color: your color;
}

or for an image

background-image:url( );
