SNES - Chrono Trigger
Genesis - Comix Zone
GB (before GBA) - Pokemon Red/Blue
GBA/SP - FFVI
DS - Chrono Trigger DS--yes, they did that good a job
PS1 - FFVII
PS2 - FFX/Kingdom Hearts II
PSP - FFVII Crisis Core--PoPoLoCrois comes close
DC - Project Justice/MvC2
Saturn - NiGHts
PS3 - MGS4/SFIV--when it comes out
360 - SFIV/GH&RB series--achievements
Wii - Zelda: Twilight Princess/Smash Bros. Brawl
PC - Lord of the Rings Online--personal preference
That's about it for now from me.
