Andy (aka user pwned), we had been dating for two years and we were at the point that either HE was gonna have to move to Fresno or I was gonna move to LA. Really LA was the only logical choice being that Fresno is a shithole haha.

Plus, Ive been traveling to LA at least once or twice a month since I was 21 years old for the live music scene. Sooo...it was about time I moved here, I just REALLY wish I liked the people here more. :/

I'm from California!

I was born in the Central Valley right around Fresno (Hanford to be exact)and I moved to LA almost a year ago.

I definitely don't miss Fresno but I'm not sure if LA is for me either :/

I love Northern California but I love driving and it sucks to have a car up there since traffic blows and its so expensive to park.

So who knows where I will go next but I do love the west coast < 3

Yeah thats what we would do - I think programming wise Andy said he can just disable anything that auto-plays. I am totally with you guys and how you feel about it myself. I just know a lot of users here also like the freedom of having it...perhaps we will try it out for a bit and see how it goes over

Okay we know the amount at which you earn things is rather high at the moment. You have to understand that before things started there was no way of really knowing how quickly people would rack up points and it was safer to have the point system too high than too low. Chances are things will lower when we get out of beta.

It's not that we want to make things unattainable we just want to be sure we are going to be able to provide them for you and we didn't want to have 15 kids with enough points for an xbox in our first month if that makes sense.

No worries AndyP a couple accounts on the same IP is one thing....but 40+ is another...especially when they are all using different zipcodes and fake email addresses ;)

Also Duffman....depends what you consider "spamming" the shoutbox....usually we will just delete your posts if youre posting nonsense in there. Its not nearly as big of a deal as its easier to monitor and less work to get rid of.

Oh they won't riot...it's people who create a bunch of accounts from the same IP that we are after. One kid we caught today had like 42 of them :/

Just for the record I have caught a number of users in the past few days exploiting the point system. I know we are to expect this to some extent but it seems to have gotten out of hand lately. According to the terms of service if you are caught exploiting the system your points are to be set back to your original 250. Is it really worth it?

Also...just so you know when you redeem your points every single point you earned WILL be verified to make sure it is legit and if they are not you then run the risk of being set back to 250. So please people, spend your time actually using and enjoying the site instead of doing things like posting nonsense blogs, making fake accounts to refer or uploading 200 pictures.

EDIT: One more thing, the more that you people exploit the point system the more we have to revamp things which in turn keeps the site from coming out of beta (aka you actually REDEEMING your points).

The only issue with the multiple pictures at one time is the chances of people using it for exploitation since you get points for uploading pics.

The album thing isn't a bad idea, definitely something worth putting up
