I have been a member for about a year now. The wait time will depend on where you live compared to where it ships from. i live in the midwest and when i first joined they only had the location in CA and it would almost 2 weeks to get a new game. 1 week to return the game i had and another to ship out the new one. Now that they have another location in PA i get the games faster now. It now takes about 3 days to return a game and another 3 days for the new one to be shipped to me.

I agree that there are some many little changes that make you feel that you really are in a real city. I have always had a problem with the driving in GTA, but right now for me it seems to be worst then in the previous games. You have to give a deathmatch with only rockets a try. Me and some friends were doing that last night and it was hilarious watching each other flying across the screen when hit with a rocket.
