well the spam is tricky, it depends what you consider spam, for exmaple if someone wants to post links to some other site that has nothing to do with ours, and they do it tactfully, like hey guys check out my website that sells shirts, thats not technically considered spam. now if a site signs up, and its a direct competitor, thats consider spam, or if someone continually posts anything and bombs the shit out of bulletins/comments whatever, its gonna piss me off and be considered spam.

Im not gonna sit and completely stop anyone from posting links to other sites that have nothing to do with pwned. that make sense?
