You need to go to the bottom of pokemon center and get your Pal Pad from the nurse. Once you have it go to key items and select your friend code it will be a 12 digit code.





Also the man-made items we are talking about our healing items like potions which you can't really use in a wi-fi battle anyway. Check out our blogs for a list of items that won't be allowed in the tournament.
