Let me start off by saying I love my 360 and have nothing but love for the Xbox as a console. But the customer service people suck.I got the RRoD about 4.5-5 months ago. I didn't really care cause I needed a break from gaming, and school was starting soon and I needed time to study and gaming would always get in the way. Breaking Bad is probably the best show on television right now, with the exception of maybe LOST, you should check it out on AMC, Bryan Cranston(Hal, from Malcom in the Middle) is great as the main character.     Peace yo.
