To the bio-- My name is Sarah, obv. I work at Game Stop inside of a mall right now. This means I spend hours talking about video games, putting video game cases on shelves, filing video games in drawers and displaying marketing for upcoming titles and popular releases. I enjoy my job though, it allows me the opportunity to play more than I could normally afford and outlet the hobby I gained at an early age. RPGs have always been the overshadowing preference, though I'll always find time for really obscure, most likely Japanese-born obscurities (think Patapon, Katamari, Chulip.) I'm a big fan of the Silent Hill series, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, God of War and Disgaea. I own a 360, PSP and Wii- Yes, there were other systems, but bank account money prevails over expensive hobbies. And lately? Lately I've been playing a lot of gameboy advance, gameboy and gameboy colour games on the second hand GBA I picked up after I traded in my DS Lite. Final Fantasy IV currently, Castlevania stories before that and Metroid Prime Fusion in between. Besides video games I like writing, reading, doing boring girl things that are both time consuming and benign. I watch anime and read manga as often as I can find time for. (All time favorite anime series? Let's say Gunslinger Girl or one of the Gundums. As for manga, I'll give it a toss-up between Tuxedo Gin and Paradise Kiss.) Anything else...I'm good at reaching things on high shelves and know minimal Japanese from taking 2 and a half years in high school. :3
(I don't frequent this site nearly as often as I did a few months ago. This is due largely to the fact that I just graduated early June, work 5 days the week, and am about to uproot myself from the comfortable Texas to go to college hundreds of miles away in Chicago, IL. The last statement probably holds more bearing than the prior two, but everything is a segue to the idea that my online presence has taken a partial backseat to the real life melodrama taking hold right now.)
