How many types of exercises could one do with those off the top of your head? I like a large variety, I do 9 different sets with my free weights. I'm interested in Endurance (love Running) and toning up, far from bulking up.

I see your a fit man, I was curious to know what your workout schedule is made up of, I see you do kick boxing etc, but I was leaning more towards dumbbells (Concentrated Curls, Overhead raises, front row etc) and running if any. Wanted to compare with my own schedule. Not in competition with you or anything ha ha. *enemy stare*
