Like pretty much every other gamer, I've been playing since I was a wee young lass. I grew up in the great state of Maryland and after 23 years, I left..because I met a boy who eventually asked me to marry him. Being the crazy gal I am, I totally said Yes. Now, I live with him in the odd state of Louisiana with our daughter (read: Cat) Lucy. She's really crazy and she meows. A lot.

I'd also like to mention that I don't want to work for any gaming company in the gaming industry. I don't want to be a developer, I'm not going to school for gaming design and I couldn't give a shit about gaming journalism. Please save your braggin' for someone else who cares. Because I don't. I just like to play some mother fuckin' games.

I freaking love soccer/football/futball or whatever you want to call it. It's part of my life. Philipp Lahm is the 2nd sexiest man in the world. Seeing as he is a Nintendo boy, my dream is to meet him and then proceed to whoop his ass in a game of Mario Kart.

I spend a good portion of my off-time in the gym trying to better myself. I've got a ways to go to get where I want to be, but I'm faster, stronger and I can fit in to a size 5 jeans again.

We did ok. Our camp down at Belle River didn't get to bad. Our hunting camp in Ramah is destroyed. My house is fine. A lot of trees down. We lost power for about a week. I was more worried about Ike. If it were close enough to dump 2 days of rain we would have been screwed. The bayous are all backed up to a stand still around here. We had about 4 inches of water up to my house. It could have been a lot worse.

It was crazy though! The cool part about it is everything in our community is underground...so we only really lost power for a total of 15-20 minutes throughout the whole thing. I hope you didn't have too much damage on your end :)
