Type your shout above. Afterwards, enter the game you wish to shout about to the left. By selecting a game you're more likely to get a response to what you need. You can choose not to enter a specific game if you'd like.

If someone has the time, it also wouldn't hurt to look into the beginning of activities getting cut off on the activity tab and /user/activity, as well as in the notification popups (if I remember right). It's been that way for a while now.
Yes he knows about that issue with it cutting off activity on certain pages, and thank you. And yes there are breadcrumbs left when adding games and a popup occurs. (where it pushes the username and game title together.) All of which will one day become fixed. Thanks for bringing them up, I will do the same.

if you use a comma (') in your update and attach a game to it (game shout) it will NOT go through as a game shout and it will just be a live feed update.
The feed for either of those pages, should be the same. For tagging a game to a feed. Both of them use the same input for the live feed update. I know the title is different for the game shout one and should in fact just make a game shout. But it is how it is set up for the time being.
So yeap, I wasn't talking about the ones on the main page. It already says you have to tag it for it to become a game shout there. I'm talking about the shout tab on specific game pages, and the header.

Heh, I know how you feel. And I just got sucked into another really really awesome and addicting game and I'd need to use my toes to be able to count all the games I've barely started or haven't touched in too long taunting me from my desktop right now xD And I'll probably be raging right alongside you for a day or two once warZ finishes dling :D
